I love reading Bill Rice and the advice he renders! Recently, he made a post "Sales People are Assholes" on his site Better Closer | Sales Improvement.
Quite frankly, Bill is providing priceless advice and I highly recommend you read it now...especially those salespeople that really are assholes.
According to Bill, some salespeople are "Pushy, Obnoxious, Aggressive, Narcissistic, Assholes–these are just a few of the cheery labels folks put on sales.... Why do sales people start conversations like this?
“Have I got a deal for you…”
“What would make you buy today…”
“I have some aggressive pricing if you purchase before month end…”
“You want to call me back. I have an incredible opportunity…”
